Simplified Pathology (TCM):

Dampness (stagnant and turbid water within the body) Mucus Phlegm Tumor

 

Reduce/Avoid:

Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners (esp. Aspartame)

GMOs (eg.high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch, etc.)

MSG (glutamic acid; glutamate; Monosodium glutamate)

Alcohol

Caffeine

Greasy fried foods (esp.fast food)

Processed foods with preservatives (boxed and canned foods; food dyes, natural and artificial flavors)

Concentrated juices

 

Contraindicated (Tibetan medicine): meat (not including fish), onions and garlic (considered #1 beneficial against cancer), salt, sugar, rich food
